What is the return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
Because all our t-shirts are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges if an item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If something isn’t right, just let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us by replying to your order confirmation or emailing ssent.enquiries@gmail.com with photos and a brief description of the issue.
We'll confirm whether you're eligible and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging. Once received, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
Refunds & Credits
Defective or damaged items: We'll issue a full refund or replacement, at your preference.
Change of mind, wrong size, or preferences: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for these—thanks for understanding.
Timing
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery, and send the returned item within 14 days after approval. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
